(All our lamp names are inspired by incredible female-identifying artists in art history. This table lamp was inspired by the renowned artist Yayoi Kusama, who was born in 1929 in Japan. She began painting as a child to escape. In 1958, she moved to New York, inspired by the rise of Abstract Expressionism and a letter from Georgia O’Keeffe. Some of her most seminal work includes her dot paintings.)
